On the seafront in La Malagueta, just over a kilometre from the church. Drinks will be served in the gardens before dinner. Please be on the place at 20:20.

DRESS CODE
Cocktail · Evening elegance
No black tie needed, but do wear the smartest thing you have: an evening ceremony in a 17th-century baroque church, followed by dinner at a grand seafront hotel.
Women
Long or cocktail-length dress in evening fabrics. Shoulders covered inside the church — a shawl or light jacket is enough.
Men
Dark suit and tie. Morning dress is reserved for immediate family.
Worth knowing
Stone floors in the church and a cobbled seafront promenade — a comfortable heel is wise. May evenings by the sea turn cool.

Direct AVE from Madrid in 2 h 30 min, Barcelona in 5 h 40 min and 15 min from Malaga Airport (AGP). The station is a 15-minute walk from the centre.

12 km from the centre. Around 20 minutes by taxi, or the C1 train to Málaga Centro-Alameda every 20 minutes.

A 20-minute walk along the port, or 6 minutes by taxi. There is plenty of time between the ceremony and the cocktail.

The old town is pedestrian and everything is close together. No need for a hire car.

This is where dinner is held, so it is the easiest option if you would rather not travel at the end of the night. We are arranging a guest rate and will share it as soon as it is confirmed.

Where to look
La Malagueta, next to the hotel, and the Centro Histórico, next to the church, are the two best areas — both are walking distance from everything. May is high season in Málaga, so book early.
